Here’s What’s New in Our VPS Hosting Packages

We’ve recently made several improvements to our VPS Hosting packages, with the goal of offering more flexibility and value to both existing and new customers.

The updates include additional CPU resources, increased bandwidth allowances, improved handling when the monthly bandwidth allowance is reached, new optional support and backup services, and a more flexible billing process.

All changes are already available, with no increase in the price of our VPS Hosting packages.

More CPU Resources Included

We’ve increased the CPU resources included with our VPS Hosting packages.

This gives customers additional processing capacity for websites, databases, applications, development environments, and other everyday workloads, without requiring a plan change or additional payment.

1 Gbps Network Port as Standard

Every VPS package now includes a 1 Gbps network port as standard.

This is suitable for the majority of websites, applications, backups, software updates, and other common VPS workloads.

Customers who need additional network capacity can contact our team to discuss custom configurations and port upgrades of up to 10 Gbps.

Increased Monthly Bandwidth

We’ve also increased the monthly bandwidth allowance included with our VPS packages.

This provides more room for traffic growth, larger file transfers, backups, and other bandwidth-intensive activities, while reducing the need to closely monitor monthly usage.

50 Mbps Fallback After Reaching the Bandwidth Limit

We’ve changed how VPS services behave after the included monthly bandwidth allowance has been used.

Instead of the network connection being interrupted, the VPS will continue operating on a 50 Mbps network port.

This should be sufficient to keep many websites, applications, and remote management services available until the monthly allowance is renewed or an additional bandwidth package is added.

Customers who need more capacity can contact our team to discuss the available upgrade options.

Optional Advanced Support

Standard Support remains included with every VPS Hosting package.

For customers who need additional assistance, we’ve also introduced an optional Advanced Support Package, which includes proactive monitoring and a broader range of infrastructure support services.

This can be added to an existing VPS plan when more hands-on operational support is required.

Additional Backup Options

Every VPS package continues to include a Weekly Disaster Recovery Backup as standard.

Customers who need more frequent recovery points can also add an optional Daily Offsite Backup, taken once per day and stored separately from the VPS environment.

This provides an additional layer of protection for websites, applications, and business data.

A More Flexible Billing Process

We’ve also adjusted our billing process to provide customers with more notice and greater flexibility.

  • Invoices are now generated 7 days before the due date.
  • If payment is not received, the service may be suspended 3 days after the due date.
  • The service may be removed 14 days after the due date if payment remains outstanding and no alternative arrangement has been agreed.
  • The previous 10% late payment fee has been removed.

We understand that occasional payment delays can happen. Customers who expect a delay are encouraged to contact us before the due date, so our team can review the situation and, where possible, agree on a reasonable solution.

Same Pricing, More Included

These improvements are available to both existing and new VPS Hosting customers.

Depending on the selected package and optional services, customers can now benefit from:

  • More CPU resources
  • Increased monthly bandwidth
  • A 1 Gbps network port as standard
  • Optional port upgrades of up to 10 Gbps
  • A 50 Mbps fallback after reaching the bandwidth allowance
  • Weekly Disaster Recovery Backups
  • Optional Daily Offsite Backups
  • Optional Advanced Support
  • More flexible billing terms
  • No late payment fee

The pricing of our VPS Hosting packages remains unchanged.
