I have been with AltusHost Inc. since February of 2009. I was looking around for a stable host that I could use for my Blog and a Fan Site I work with. I also wanted a VPS, a Virtual Private Server, so that way I could have complete control over what I do. I wanted to be up and running within at least 6 hours with my server so that way I could get started. Well, what do you know, as soon as I bought the service, I was running in less than 20 minutes!
This company has, in my opinion, the most competent, understanding, good natured technicians that I have ever dealt with. They know exactly how to deal with customers such as myself. They do so in a very timely manner. I will say that I have had a few bumps in my road after service was setup but I can tell you this...they resolved my problem within minutes. I told them what was happening and they fixed it promptly. I have contacted them at all hours of the day: midnight, afternoon, morning...there is always somebody there, even tho the Live Chat may not be turned on, somebody is heading the e-mail Inbox for any problems that arise.
I have had some issues that came my way and again, they were fixed. The Ticketing system they have set up is quick and easy to learn to submit a ticket and again, your problem gets resolved quickly. The level of customer service that they bring to the table is superb.
I can say that I run 3 different websites: My Blog, My Fan Site with a group I am following, and a URL Redirection service (my own personal one, not for public use), and I can tell you that I am completely satisfied with the level of service, price, and availability of what they have to offer. |
